DETAILS: Join us for Sensory Bunny, a sensory-friendly program for special audiences where the Easter Bunny welcomes people of all ages and abilities. This heart-warming program creates connections with people with all spectrums of special needs. We achieve this through training and a compassionate environment where families are encouraged to visit the Easter Bunny at their own pace, often for the first time. Sensory triggers including music, fountains, lights, and mall traffic are muted to limit distractions and create a setting that is calm and comforting. Please reserve ONE ticket per family. Ticket includes visit with the bunny, and one goodie basket. One per family, while supplies lasts. Bunny photos NOT included in this ticket reservation, and are available for purchase through Cherry Hill Photo onsite. Sensory Bunny is held in partnership with Autism Speaks.

DETAILS: The young and young at heart will partake on a wonderful ride to the Easter Bunny’s “secret burrow” in vintage antique real trolley cars, where there will be plenty of hidden eggs to find. All the little ones will receive a basket of their own to collect any magical eggs that are found. Follow the eggs to find the Easter Bunny! Please allow 1 hour and 15-minutes for this highly interactive experience. Picture taking with the Easter Bunny strongly encouraged.

DETAILS: At the heart of the event is a ride in one of our historic trolleys to Bunny’s carrot patch. Here you will be able to meet the Easter Bunny and see live animals at the baby animal zoo before taking the trolley back to the Museum campus. Our recently opened, operating model railroad displays in the new Multi-Purpose Building. An Easter egg hunt. Hopefully, the weather this year will allow the hunt to be outside, but we will move into one of our historic display buildings if the weather is bad. Ride one of our specially decorated streetcars around the campus and, during your ride, help the Bunny to find his missing treasure. In addition to our regular playground activities there will be a play inflatable. Coloring activities will be available in railroad cars. A food truck will be onsite to provide refreshments.
